Pricing Policy

At R Pullan Electrical, we have a clear and straightforward pricing policy designed to suit various project sizes and ensure transparency for our clients. Our work is estimated and invoiced in one of two ways:

Small Works (Less than £2000)

For smaller projects under £2000, we operate on an hourly rate basis combined with the cost of materials used. This approach allows flexibility and ensures that you are charged only for the time spent and the resources needed.

Larger Works (Greater than £2000)

For larger projects exceeding £2000, we offer an initial quotation of likely costs before the works begin. This is typically broken down into detailed line items that clearly outline the costs associated with each aspect of the project.

Initial Inquiry

From your very first inquiry, one of our team members will guide you through our process. For minor works, we discuss booking the job directly. For larger projects, we organise a remote online site survey via our online enquiry form to fully understand your requirements.

Estimate and Review

Following the site survey, we prepare an estimate for your review. Smaller jobs will detail time and materials, while larger tasks will include separate line items for clarity. This allows you to see the breakdown of costs for each electrical job.

Scheduling Work

Once the estimate is approved, we schedule the work in our work diary at a mutually convenient time.

Post-Completion Invoice

After the work has been completed, we aim to prepare and email the invoice to you within 7 days.

Payment Terms

We require payment within 14 days from the invoice date. Payment can be made conveniently online using the link provided with the invoice via credit card, debit card, or online banking (BACS). Once payment is received in full, we issue any certificates related to the work carried out.

Additional Notes

·      Emergency Call Outs: We do not provide a dedicated out-of-hours service, though we may attend emergencies if availability allows.

·      Travelling to Site: Time spent travelling to your property or suppliers during normal working hours is considered part of the job and will be included in the overall working time.

·      Mobile Phones: Engineers may need to take business-related calls while at your premises, but efforts will be made to keep this to a minimum.

·      VAT: All quoted prices are subject to VAT as applicable.

Why Our Clients Like This System

We have found that this system works very well for both our team and our clients. Its simplicity and transparency allow for a seamless experience from inquiry to payment completion.

Easy Payment Options

We ensure convenience in payment with online options tailored to suit clients' preferences. This includes payment via credit card, debit card, or online banking.
